While the simplicity and and the detail of the video resonated deeply with me the first time I saw it; it wasn’t until Angela’s link presented it in this way that I realized this would be a perfect installment for you all. Chocolate is arguably one of the worlds most coveted foods. While it has been mass produced, the Mast Brothers take a different approach to their creation of chocolate. Their “bean-to-bar” approach has made them a favorite among both chocolate lovers and snobs. And we all have that “chocolate snob” friend. I picked up a few bars for my friend. Take in the craftsmanship and the simplicity of their process. This process has arguably placed them among some of the best chocolate makers in the world. Next time you are in BK.
