Had the pleasure of knowing Jon for a few months now. Very well traveled and well versed master of mixology. He is the General manager of our preferred watering hole The Gibson on 14th. We had the opportunity to sit down with him last week, as he opened his doors to our film team. We talked about his history and the branding behind the Gibson. I am glad to see that he is getting the due credit that he deserves. Overall cool cat from Chi Town and always a pleasure to have a drink served by him. Yours truly and the rest of the team will be at the Gibson this evening enjoying some finely crafted libations by Jon and Staff. Stay tuned for the bio doc here on ADT. Stay Fresh
